Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It : As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the rooftop operations in Barcelona, focusing on leading our F&B services. You will manage the Rooftop Restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while driving financial success. Together with the Director of F&B, you are responsible for smooth TSH operations in our rooftop area. You will ensure the team provides the highest level of service, delivering on what sets TSH apart: our guest experience. In Case You Do Not Know Who We Are : Known for being rule breakers in hospitality, TSH offers a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, play, and be themselves. What You'll Do : Lead by example, being visible and approachable, providing direction, and fostering trust, professionalism, empowerment, results, and fun within your department. Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience. Engage proactively with guests to personalize their experience, gathering feedback and using data analytics to improve services. Uphold brand standards in service, attitude, F&B presentation, and food handling. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, inspiring the team to achieve financial goals. Manage the creation, maintenance, and updates of the beverage menu, ensuring high-quality offerings. Coordinate special events and dining experiences in collaboration with marketing. Who You Are : Over 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, preferably rooftop, with proven team leadership skills. Experience managing budgets and forecasting for outlets. A proactive problem-solver, confident in making decisions quickly. Courteous, professional, and friendly to team members, guests, and strangers. Capable of handling stressful situations calmly, bringing a sense of control. A team player who inspires and guides team members towards excellence. Excellent English and Spanish communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
