Rooftop General Manager

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It : As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the Rooftop operations in Barcelona, focusing on leading our F&B services. Your main responsibilities include managing the Rooftop Restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and driving financial success. Together with the Director of F&B, you will ensure smooth TSH operations in our rooftop area, maintaining the highest service standards and delivering a unique guest experience. In Case You Do Not Know Who We Are : TSH is known for being rule breakers in hospitality, offering a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, play, and be themselves. We operate like a hotel but provide much more, including student accommodation, gyms, events, rooftop bars, eat & drink escapes, and community spaces. Based in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with new openings planned, our hybrid hospitality concept aims for a global presence. What You'll Do : Lead by example, being visible, approachable, and fostering a trustful, professional, empowering, and fun atmosphere. Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a pleasant guest experience. Perform regular inspections of F&B preparation and presentation, maintaining inventory to boost sales. Engage proactively with guests to personalize their experience, gathering feedback and using data analytics for improvements. Uphold brand standards in service, attitude, F&B presentation, and food handling. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, inspiring the team to achieve financial goals. Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updates of the beverage menu, ensuring high-quality offerings. Coordinate special events and dining experiences in collaboration with the marketing team. Who You Are : Over 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, preferably rooftop, with proven leadership skills. Experience managing budgets and forecasting for outlets. A problem-solver who makes decisions confidently and promptly. Courteous, professional, and approachable with a positive attitude. Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and effectively. A team player who inspires and guides team members to excellence. Excellent English and Spanish communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Hardworking, responsible, flexible, and proactive. Skilled in building, leading, and motivating teams.
