Our Employee Experience Specialist is a key member of the People & Culture team, focused on Recruitment, Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, and Payroll Administration . Additional responsibilities include supporting employee engagement initiatives and light office management tasks as needed. Work location: Avenida Álvaro Obregón 171, Roma Norte, 06700 Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, Mexico Work schedule: in office/hybrid *all work and interviews will be conducted in English! You will ensure a smooth employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to payroll accuracy and seamless onboarding, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Top Priority): Onboarding & Offboarding (Top Priority): Payroll & Benefits Administration (Top Priority): Employee Engagement & Support (Secondary Priority): Office Management (Occasional Support): Data & Reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. 3 years’ experience in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and/or onboarding. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll compliance. Proven experience managing recruitment processes and payroll administration. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. High integrity and discretion with sensitive data. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
