Minimum 2 years experience in wedding or event coordination (hospitality or lodge environment ideal) Exceptional organisational, multi- tasking, and time management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Confident in managing and updating social media platforms Proven ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently A proactive, detail-oriented team player Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays Valid drivers license and own transport preferred
