Concierge

Skills required - Matric / Grade 12 (required) - Certificate / Diploma (advantageous) - Minimum 12 months experience as a Concierge or in the Hospitality Industry - Experience in Voice / Chat / Email / Social Media - Native level / fluency in English (both verbal and written) - Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written). - Ability to work rotational shifts - Customer Satisfaction - Increased customer loyalty and retention - The provision of accurate and timely information to customers Please note we will only contact applicants that have completed the assessment.
