The Role: As Head Bartender, youll lead the bar offering across Kioku Restaurant and the Kioku Sake Bar a stunning ground-floor space inspired by Japans legendary listening bars. Alongside world-class sake list, our beverage team has crafted a menu of elegant, Japanese-inspired cocktails.
