Deputy Manager food led pub A beautiful country pub with a popular restaurant and several letting rooms. It is part of a small group of family-owned of pubs, so career prospects are excellent. Currently they are looking for a strong manager with previous experience within high volume, fresh food, pub restaurants. You will have excellent leadership skills, be a team player with a real passion for food and be able to help lead from the front with a calm and focused approach, especially when under pressure. Another key aspect to this role is managing and training the team, including reinforcing staff standards, staff retention, recruitment and motivation to ensure they are fully on board with the companys vision for success. Our ideal candidate for this position should be charismatic, friendly, and committed to a career in hospitality. Strong leadership skills are essential and as Deputy Manager you will be expected to take control of the day to day running of the pub in the Managers absence.
