We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects with municipal clients. In this role, you will be responsible for site plan reviews, field investigations, report writing, design engineering, construction engineering, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough site plan reviews and field investigations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for projects, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Engage in design engineering, developing innovative solutions that meet client needs and project specifications. Oversee construction engineering activities, ensuring projects are executed within budget and on schedule. Coordinate with municipal clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions. Work closely with CADD Operators and GIS Technicians to convert designs into workable drawings. Analyze reports, maps, blueprints, and construction plans to provide accurate evaluations and insights. Utilize tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, and Cybernet for data evaluation and analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (candidates from other engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply). Professional Engineer (PE) License required. A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in municipal civil engineering or environmental fields. Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors. Proficiency in CADD Software (AutoCAD, Civil3D) to assist in design and drafting processes.
