HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of staff. Auditing standards across every aspect of Ops from Stocks to delivery of front of house offer. Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales/ end of week/ payroll. Achieving all KPI targets for your businesses through effective controls and management. Skills/ Experience: Have experience managing food and beverage operations Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink. Experience developing successful Sales Marketing strategies. Be commercially astute and driven by results across all metrics. Be driven and focused on first-class standards across every aspect of the operation.
