Interior Architect

We are actively looking on behalf of our client for a new mid-weight interior architect to join this award-winning interior design and architecture studio who are based in Surrey, just inside the M25. You will be working as part of a team on both UK and international projects from concept through to completion across all project phases. Projects will be innovative and luxurious high-end designs for the residential market, boutique hotels and the high-net-worth clientele. The main duties will include: * Creating CAD technical drawing packages * Producing detailed internal architectural drawings * Producing schedules * Researching and creating presentations and sample boards for all interior architectural fixtures and finishes * Leading client and contractor meetings and liaising with suppliers Skills and Experience Required from the Interior Architect: * 3 to 4 years of post-graduate experience in luxury residential design * Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite * Technical drawing skills along with technical understanding of the full design process * Capable of project monitoring from concept to completion * Good problem-solving skills, thinking on your feet but being commercially minded * Knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishes * A full, clean driving licence for site visits In return they offer: * A salary of between £34k and £38k * Enhanced pension scheme after 2 years and 5 years * 23 days holiday plus bank holidays * Regular work social events * End of year bonus
