We have a fast paced care home kitchen, we have many varied diets to meet, including specialist diets. Knowledge of IDDSI is an advantage. Hours of work are 07:00hrs through to 15:30hrs, 28 hrs per week, every other weekend. Patience is a desired MUST, being able to carry out staff supervision and complete documentation for EHO and legal requirements. Have knowledge and understanding of how a kitchen runs. ADZN1_UKTJ
