About the Position: The company is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead tenant improvement projects in mission-critical, hospitality, and other commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven ability to manage complex renovation projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement projects. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations. Maintain clear communication with project managers, owners, and stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, permits, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and enforce safety protocols. Resolve field-related issues and proactively address project challenges to minimize delays. Manage logistics, material deliveries, and workforce coordination to maintain project efficiency. Implement best practices for mission-critical and hospitality projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports, site photos, and subcontractor logs. Requirements: 10 years of construction experience, with a strong background in tenant improvement work. Extensive experience in mission-critical, hospitality, and commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and direct on-site personnel. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong understanding of safety regulations and OSHA compliance. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and technical specifications. Strong communication and organizational skills. OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
