Atlas Systems - Support Engineer - Agilysys

Key Responsibilities : - Manage configuration changes and updates using IGCM and IG12 within Agilysys environments. - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and client teams to implement and validate system changes. - Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues efficiently and in a timely manner. - Ensure best practices and defined procedures are followed during system modifications and upgrades. - Maintain accurate documentation and change logs for audit and traceability purposes. - Potentially participate in system upgrade or migration Skills and Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years hands-on experience working with Agilysys systems. - Strong working knowledge of IGCM and IG12 tools. - Familiarity with configuration management processes in a production environment. - Ability to work effectively in client-facing or cross-functional project teams. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-border teams (U.S. and India). - Strong team player with a commitment to mentoring and developing others. - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is Skills (Preferred/Plus Points) : - Experience in migrating from Agilysys version 4.5.3 to IG12. - Exposure to hospitality or point-of-sale (POS) systems supported by Agilysys.
