The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. Designer, Global Concept Design: Hyderabad Support Center (HSC): Job Summary: Create engaging, inviting, and innovative environmental graphics for restaurant spaces across a multi-brand organization with an eye to detail and market trends. A hands-on experienced graphic designer with the ability to create impressive concept artwork and graphic designs. A collaborative team member that can thrive in an everchanging role. This role reports directly within the Global Concept Design team and may interact with other functions, such as Construction, Marketing, Operations, etc. within a matrix organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Describes the top duties and responsibilities for the position. Duties and Responsibilities: Create original conceptual artwork and environmental graphic designs communicated through Adobe Creative Suite programs, or any other relevant software platforms that delivers on the creative brief and aligns with the brand visual identity. Provide innate creativity, in-depth knowledge of design standards, materials, and adaptability to advance the customer experience - 85% Ability to create effective sell-in presentations that conveys the design idea using artwork and graphic designs while considering finishes & material selection - 5% Self-manages work based on pre-defined ask and deliverable expectations. Able to track and report on project status. Good communication skills - 5% Communicate with Senior Manager Global Concept Architecture & Design and HSC Concept Design Lead for all relevant matters regarding the design project - 5% EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: Education Requirements: Min/PreferredEducation LevelDescription: Minimum4 Year / Bachelors degreeRequired minimum Bachelors degree within graphic design or industrial design (knowledge of architecture or interior design encouraged) EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: 3 years of applied working experience in a related field 3 years producing artwork and graphics in Adobe Creative Suite programs and relevant software Experience in restaurant or retail design. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES: List other job-specific knowledge, skills or abilities required to be eligible for this role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in all Adobe Creative Suite programs, and any other relevant software platforms to develop impactful visualization to help convey concept ideas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint, to create presentations. Working knowledge of environment graphic design (knowledge of restaurant and/or retail environment encouraged). Basic understanding of how to apply brand design standards, including colors, icons, graphics, etc. Ability to apply knowledge of graphic design principles to achieve successful outcomes in store designs that ensure compliance with established brand design standards. Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a changing environment within a matrix organization. Ability to successfully manage time and competing priorities to deliver all projects on time. Highly motivated and the ability to work as team player. Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
