Site/Project Manager Location: Remote (UK-wide travel to project sites) Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE (potentially up to £65,000) Benefits: Car allowance, private medical cover, hotel accommodation, food allowance, and travel expenses covered Job Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects, with experience in prison works and fuel infrastructure developments. A background in fuels and hydrocarbons would be highly advantageous. Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee multiple project sites, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Lead site teams and subcontractors effectively * Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations * Maintain excellent client communication and uphold project quality standards * Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour resources * Report on project progress, costs, and timelines to senior management * Conduct site inspections and audits regularly Requirements: * Proven experience managing MOD, prison, and/or fuel infrastructure projects * Strong understanding of fuel systems and hydrocarbons (desirable but not essential) * Willingness to travel to sites across the UK and stay away during the week (accommodation and food allowance provided) * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects * Full UK driving licence required
