Job Title: Head Chef Location: Hampstead Heath, North London Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum bonus Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Sector: Premium Gastro Pub Were searching for a passionate Head Chef to lead a dedicated team at a much-loved independent pub near Hampstead Heath . The focus is simple but exacting: the very best of British cooking , using the finest seasonal produce to deliver classic dishes with care, flavour, and pride. With a team of 6 in the kitchen and full creative input, this is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who values provenance, quality, and consistency and wants to shape the food in a destination venue with a loyal following. The kitchen is closed every Monday and Tuesday , giving the team two consecutive days off each week a rare and valuable work-life balance in the industry.
