Assistant Cook

Location: PRM Distribution Lisburn We now wish to recruit for the following position: Assistant Cook (Ref No: AC26/01) Responsibilities will be to support the day to day running of the canteen facility. The Role: *Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen *Ensuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard. *To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene *Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area *Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date. *Operation of till *Other operational duties when required The Person: *Previous Experience working in a similar role *Flexible and adaptable approach *Good communication skills - written and verbal *The ability to demonstrate great team work skills *Basic Food Hygiene Hours of Work: *Part-time or full-time hours available, for further information please contact HR Department.
