The hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment which includes a brand new, open plan restaurant where the kitchen team prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire. The Person The Successful Sous Chef will have the following: Already be an established Sous chef from a high-end restaurant background Experience of working with the very best fresh, seasonal, local ingredients Be a confident and natural people person who can lead from the front and deliver exceptional food quality Passion for great food, drinks and service.
