Compensation- Commensurate with experience Responsibilities: Oversees the servicing of a designated book of business as relating to day-to-day client needs, marketing, claims, and administration Engages in client meetings to manage insured expectations for upcoming renewals Researches issues’ root cause, implements, and resolves policy-related issues Recommends potential enhancements or improvements to processes, products, and/or policies Follow the workflow process for policy changes, policies, endorsements, and audits on their assigned accounts Liason on a scheduled basis with the Claims Manager on larger, open claims for better communication within the team and with clients Qualifications: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License Must have a minimum of 5 years in a Commercial Lines account management position Experience in the Transportation, Construction, and Hospitality insurance market segment preferred Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to visit clients as needed Designation preferred, but not required Must be well-versed in Microsoft 365 products Strong working knowledge of Applied Epic preferred About Company Miers Insurance is one of the most established independent insurance agencies in Allentown and the Lehigh Valley, entering into our 133rd year of business.
