Before joining the team, he worked as a route delivery driver for a propane company—often heading out before his family woke up and returning after they were asleep. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his wife and four kids. Ethan Ralls, District Manager: Ethan has been with PMA for nearly two years. Before joining the team, he served as a 0311 Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, hitting the gym, and keeping up with all things UFC.
