In this role, you will warmly welcome customers into the coffee shop and prepare their drink orders. Your goal is to ensure patrons have a friendly experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, hard working, fast, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We are a female owned and operated business, and we welcome people of all cultures and backgrounds. We are very serious about maintaining a good team and place high value on attitude and work ethic. Must have Thursday and weekend availability. Responsibilities: Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile Take food and beverage orders Explain the menu items to customers Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency Bus tables and wipe down surfaces Maintain a clean work environment Qualifications : Familiarity with food safety guidelines Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods
