We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting background, leadership experience, and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry's financial dynamics. This role reports directly to the CFO and partners with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Job Details CPA required with a strong foundation in GAAP accounting principles Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in contract dining or multi-unit restaurant operations Background in Big 4 public accounting is a strong plus Prior experience in a contract food service company or multi-location restaurant group highly preferred Experience working in a start-up or early-stage company; must thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proficiency in restaurant-specific accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel If you are a driven and experienced Controller we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
