Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Practice in Swansea, MA

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join one of our Internal Medicine practices in Swansea, MA. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with access to extensive onsite services and no after-hours responsibilities. About the Role: Full-time, 4–5 days/week (No nights, weekends, or holiday call) See patients independently under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician. Provide high-quality care, assuming responsibility for patient management commensurate with experience, training, and confidence. Utilize our eClinicalWorks electronic medical record, supported by voice recognition and AI software for efficient documentation. Office-based services include onsite phlebotomy and X-ray, with access to full Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiac and Pulmonary Testing, Allergy, GI Endoscopy, Physical Therapy, and Infectious Diseases services within the network. We are prepared to begin licensure, onboarding, and insurance credentialing immediately to facilitate a seamless start. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $140,000.
