Travel Anesthesia Technician - $2,387 per week

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Anesthesia Technician for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Anesthesia Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: 0550-1420 First 2 weeks will be day shift from 0550-1420 for orientation Holiday: As needed Weekend: Rotation as needed On-call Requirements: One weekday call per week (Mon-Thurs). Call starts at the end of the shift until 0600am. One weekend Call per month (Friday end of shift until Monday morning 0600 am) Float Requirements: Rotate between Surgicenter and Main campus every other week or per staffing needs Required Certifications: AHA BLS required. ASATT preferred, not required. Required education: High school diploma Preferred Education: Graduation of an Anesthesia Tech program Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years anesthesia tech experience required, PEDS Experience is highly preferred and trauma experience is preferable as well. Point of care or cell saver experience highly preferred. Charting/Equipment: Epic Unit Specific Skillset: Workload and workflow will differ from Main Campus to Surgicenter. Surgicenter is a faster environment and working more independently than main campus. Main campus: 14 OR’s and 3 Special Procedure rooms (GI, oncology, dental) ENT, ortho, urology, gen. surg, craniofacial/plastics, neuro, eyes, cardiac Surgicenter: 6 ORs ENT, ortho, urology, gen. surg, plastics, dental, eye, P&R (Pain and Rehab – for kids with CP) Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, social candidates. Scrub Colors: Scrubs provided by CHW Flu vaccine required. No exemptions Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.
