Notably, they were recognized as one of the "Top Places to Work" by the Boston Globe in 2024 Job Description Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Projects - Boston, MA - Responsibilities Lead day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up and interior construction projects ranging up to $25M Act as the face of the project-serve as the main point of contact for clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors Manage and mentor field teams, including Assistant PMs and Assistant Supers Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Executives to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are met Oversee and enforce jobsite safety in compliance with OSHA and company standards Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools Utilize Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and daily reporting Review and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings to identify potential conflicts or issues Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and site walks to ensure workflow continuity MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
