You'll have the opportunity to shape and scale some of Redis' most critical global talent programs—onboarding, performance management, calibrations, and leadership development—during a period of rapid growth. In this role, you'll design and implement high-impact employee programs that accelerate integration, elevate performance, and prepare Redis leaders for what's next. What you'll do: Evolve, determine goals for, and coordinate delivery of the Redis onboarding program to ensure new hires feel confident, connected, and productive from day one. Lead and continually improve the global performance review cycle and calibration process to drive consistency and alignment across teams. Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders on succession planning, talent calibration reviews, and career pathing strategies. Design and deliver global management and leadership development programs to support Redis' talent pipeline and growth goals. Design and deliver the global employee engagement survey, using insights to inform programs and influence organizational priorities with HRBPs and leadership. Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and guide continuous improvement. Create and implement a mentorship program for Redis employees. Manage key vendor relationships and ensure programs support and instill the corporate values and culture. What will you need to have? 7 years of experience in talent development, onboarding, HR programs, HR operations, or performance management within global organizations. Proven success managing onboarding and talent development programs at scale. Deep understanding of performance review cycles, talent calibrations, and succession planning processes. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels and regions. Experience using HRIS systems, employee engagement and learning platforms, and analytics to evaluate program impact. Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment. Extra great if you have: Coaching certification or experience with leadership assessments. Experience supporting onboarding and development in tech or SaaS environments. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
