Receptionist

Our client, a top global private equity firm is seeking a Long-Term Temporary Receptionist to work at their main office in NYC. Seeking a proactive, organized and flexible individual with a team player mentality. The ideal candidate will come with a reception/hospitality background out of a financial services firm geared towards providing employees and guests with a positive guest experience. Day to day you will answer phones, greet visitors, manage conference rooms, offer beverages, and other ad hoc projects as needed. The ideal candidate will come out of hospitality and have a can-do attitude. Hours are 8:30am - 6pm with flexibility and is on site 5 days/week. Lunch is provided daily.
