Job description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Incoming Goods (Casual) Location: Archerfield, QLD Pay Rate: $34 p/h Employment Type: Casual (38 hours/week) Shift: Mon-Fri ongoing work, 7:30-3:30 MUST HAVE FORKLIFT LICENSE Key Responsibilities: Receive and process purchase, transfer, and return orders using ERP systems (Navision & Netsuite) Check and receipt incoming goods within set time frames Maintain accurate bin locations in the system and complete bin movement transactions Communicate order discrepancies or issues internally Prepare stock for efficient put away and support physical replenishment activities Wrap and label pallets of excess stock for racking storage Select and coordinate stock for the dispatch team in collaboration with the high-reach forklift operator Unload trucks and containers, and safely move pallets within the warehouse using a forklift Essential Requirements: Most have PR or AUS Citizen Demonstrated commitment to long term employment Physically fit, motivated, and resilient Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills Reliable transport (public transport or drop-offs not suitable) Confident in using ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel Current LF forklift licence with experience in operating forklifts Ability to follow warehouse processes accurately and work in a team
