This is a part-time role (24 hours/week), with flexibility on how you structure your hours across the week, to make it work best for you. This smaller-sized clinic is backed by a larger, supportive organisation that takes care of the big-ticket items like payroll, banking, and finances. This allows the practice manager to focus on the things that matter the most: leading the team, managing the day-to-day running of the clinic, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for patients and staff alike. You'll be the go-to person for the team, jumping in to help wherever needed - whether that's supporting your reception staff, problem-solving behind the scenes, or helping out on the front desk when things get busy.
