NIGHT MANAGER (VITTO E ALLOGGIO) PER STRUTTURA EXTRA LUSSO

Job Description: Grafton Horeca, a dedicated team specializing in hospitality, catering, and restaurant sectors, is seeking a Night Manager (Vitto e Alloggio) for an ultra-luxury structure in Perugia . Responsibilities include: Overseeing all night-time activities of the Front Office; Managing night-time Back Office operations related to Reception, including cash closing and data submission, and preparing reports for the administrative department; Addressing client requests and needs; Maintaining constant communication with other departments, especially Maintenance and Room Service. Requirements: At least two years of experience as Night Manager; Accuracy and reliability; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Advanced proficiency in English. Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on 8-hour night shifts, 5 days a week. Contract Details: Permanent contract with the company until January 2026; Reference: CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi; Salary and benefits: RAL based on experience, including room and board in the facility.
