What you will do The resource will be: Responsible to coordinate the Team to provide technical support and technical training to the Service Network in Italy, having the objective to improve technical knowledge and network capabilities, finalized to improve service levels and customer satisfaction in line with the company targets. Runs interventions and product exchanges analysis and, in coordination with the HQ Service Quality, identifies technical solutions. Support the Commercial Team with valuable insights and trends of product quality in the market ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Ensure collaboration with Business Sectors and Service Networks to reach customer satisfaction and cost saving Organize and run training sessions to the Service Network Coordinate the Technical Support Team and measure the effectiveness Support the Commercial Team with valuable insights and trends of product quality in the market Coordinate the Failure to Solution (FTS) process to detect early warnings from the field and liaise with central Quality to get solutions Interventions and PEX analysis by product/type of fault Technical inspection of replaced products Technical inspection of replaced products Organization re-work upon quality indication Translation and sending of technical notes Interface with HQ and HDQ to support Quality and implement processes in the market Ensure to keep the Service Network informed about new ranges, test and diagnosis procedures What you need to succeed Must have Technical preparation Analytical ability to evaluate trends and KPIs Very good knowledge of Excel and IT tools Education: Technical degree, bachelor or equivalent Professional Experience: Previous experience such as trainer, technical support, technical manager preferably in the household appliances sector Languages: English both written / spoken Soft skills: excellent in communication, organization and planning, problem solving and process oriented LI-MV1 Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
