Role Objective We are looking for a Stage Manager to oversee the execution of our new Cirque du Soleil show at Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit-Vallarta. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful and safe delivery of each performance by coordinating technical and artistic teams, calling the show, and upholding the highest standards of artistic and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Call the show during performances, ensuring precise coordination between technical and artistic departments. Lead daily rehearsals, cast calls, and performance notes in alignment with artistic direction. Coordinate technical and backstage operations during setup, live shows, and tear-down. Maintain daily show reports and incident logs. Act as the primary point of contact for all on-stage and backstage matters during performances. Support the tracking and replacement of performers or show elements as needed. Ensure show safety and adherence to company and industry protocols. Collaborate closely with artistic, production, and technical departments to maintain show integrity. Requirements College diploma in Performing Arts, Stage Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in live entertainment, ideally in theatrical or themed entertainment settings. Demonstrated experience in show calling . Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is an asset . Availability to work full-time onsite in Nuevo Nayarit-Vallarta, Mexico . Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills. Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced and multicultural environments.
