Head Sommelier – Luxury Resort Opportunity A prestigious luxury resort is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Sommelier to lead its wine program across multiple high-end dining outlets. This role is ideal for a professional with deep knowledge of wines and spirits, a refined palate, and a strategic mindset focused on enhancing the guest experience and driving revenue. Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and oversee all activities related to the wine program, ensuring the proper selection, storage, and service of wines and spirits. Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing wine sales and increasing revenue across all consumption outlets, while enhancing the guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and food pairings. Experience in wine sales strategies within hospitality or consumer-focused environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
