As our new Director, you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio working on sustainable projects worldwide, including landscape architecture, urban design, and urban hydrology. Our firm has delivered innovative and sustainable solutions across various developments through our expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture. Since our founding in 1959, we have grown successfully, and now we seek an experienced landscape architect with both local and international project experience, driven by a passion for design excellence and sustainability. Joining our Singapore office, you will be part of a company working on international projects of various scales, including water-sensitive urban masterplans, concert halls, university buildings, public parks, biodiversity and restoration nature parks, headquarters, and sustainable housing. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Lead the landscape architectural studios and project teams. Lead and win significant landscape competitions, either as the lead or as part of a consortium. Develop strategies for marketing and business development. Cultivate client relationships and develop key accounts. Oversee and ensure the quality of landscape architectural work. Develop talent within the company. Manage resources and project budgets effectively. Contribute to strategic planning at local and global levels. Drive productivity and innovation initiatives. Set design direction for key projects. Produce concepts and schematic designs aligned with client aspirations. Oversee detailed design development and production of drawings and specifications. Supervise project construction and implementation. Qualifications What are we looking for? As our new Director, you will join our Singapore team of over 50 professionals, focusing on sustainable projects both locally and internationally. Our team has gained recognition for projects like Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, Jurong Lake Gardens West, and Kampung Admiralty. Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban or Environmental Design, or Planning. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, or planning. Strong leadership qualities and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple landscape architectural teams. Outstanding portfolio demonstrating design capability and creativity. Good knowledge of global projects and design trends.
