As the Area Manager , you will support the Operations Manager in leading and managing outlet teams to drive sales performance and ensure strategic business growth. Job Responsibilities Sales Lead and motivate restaurant supervisors to achieve sales targets and ensure SOP compliance in food preparation and quality. Develop monthly sales targets and monitor outlet performance. Manage profitability by overseeing manpower, food costs, and operational expenses. Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies and promotions to boost sales. Operations Lead the Operations team to ensure efficient restaurant management, daily operations, and manpower planning. Ensure adherence to SOPs; review and improve procedures regularly. Coordinate with departments to comply with policies, standards, and regulations. Conduct outlet checks to maintain food quality, service, and hygiene standards. Manage inventory and stock levels across outlets. Ensure effective execution of A&P programs. Maintain excellent customer service standards; review and train staff accordingly. Handle staff management, recruitment, performance reviews, and staffing adequacy. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and staff development. Investigate internal and external issues, ensuring proper resolution. Focus on staff retention and development. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in any field. At least 3 years of management experience in F&B operations. Good knowledge of the F&B industry and restaurant operations. Strong communication, planning, and execution skills. Team player with leadership qualities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
