SPA THERAPIST

Responsibilities: - Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures - Ensure guests receive a personalised, relaxing, and memorable spa experience - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in treatment rooms and spa facilities - Recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to guests needs - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, techniques, and wellness trends - Manage appointments, treatment schedules, and guest records efficiently - Ensure all spa protocols and health & safety standards are upheld - Support the team in creating a calm, welcoming, and nurturing environment Requirements: - Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy/Somatherapy/Massage Therapy - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star spa or hospitality environment is a MUST - Excellent massage and body treatment skills, with a caring and professional touch - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Well-groomed, presentable, and professional always - Passion for wellness, guest care, and creating relaxing experiences - Knowledge of spa products and ability to confidently recommend retail items - Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays - Reliable transport essential Please e-mail Lauren your applications directly to clients@servicesolutions.co.za
