Experienced and friendly Chef de Partie needed for lovely venue Good experience as well as a great team player Excellent knowledge of modern food preparation, and able to multi task and prioritise Setting up the section you will work on Shifts vary between 10am and 10pm Some weekends 5/7 days 40 hours a week O/Time paid Uniform provided and laundered Free food on shift Good organisational skills All usual bookwork for temperature checks and all usual Food Safety Good cdp experience in either a restaurant or fine dining Fish cutting experience Own Chef knives / Sushi knives would be good too Stir Frying experience Food Safety understanding Cleanliness £28000 salary plus share of tronc AMRT1_UKCT
