As CDP, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade, running your section with precision and care to help deliver an outstanding dining experience. What We're Looking For: At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen (gastropub or similar preferred) A passion for fresh, seasonal food and using local produce A strong sense of organisation , consistency, and attention to detail Comfortable working a busy section and delivering dishes to spec, every time Fully trained in food safety and hygiene , including allergen handling A team player who brings energy and positivity to every shift Someone who cares about sustainability, compliance, and doing things right Ideally based in or near the Wirral , and reliable for day, evening, and weekend shifts What You'll Do: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Help shape daily specials and menu development with the team Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance across your section Support junior staff and contribute to a great team culture Why Join Us?
