From overseeing floor operations to coaching your team, youll be the heartbeat of service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, personalised service. Oversee daily operations, floor management, and guest interactions. Support in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. Uphold the highest service standards, guest relations, and attention to detail. Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception teams for seamless service. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium dining environment. Deep appreciation for Italian food, wine, and service culture. Excellent people management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Calm under pressure, with a guest-first approach.
