The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Executive Events Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven environment frequently catering for events up to 400 covers per event A strong creative flair, with a passion for contemporary cuisine. Possess excellent leadership and people management skills to manage the team of 8 chefs, plus freelances and the @host temps Strong knowledge of sustainability and ethical food sourcing.
