Job Description
Regional Sales Manager ( The Liquorman) Competitive Salary: £60,000 OTE Overview: The Liquorman is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and the ability to build relationships with clients while inspiring and motivating their team. Responsibilities: -Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales plans to meet regional targets and expand market reach. -Lead and Mentor the Team: Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve high performance, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. -Build Customer Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. -Analyse Market Data: Study market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. -Plan with Precision: Work closely with marketing to align strategies and maximise impact across campaigns and events. -Utilise CRM Systems Effectively: Leverage tools like Monday (or equivalents) to track performance, manage leads, and compile insightful sales reports. -Plan and Forecast: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, setting clear and measurable goals for the region. Requirements -Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in a sales management role, ideally within the hospitality or craft beverage sector. -Leadership Skills: A motivational team leader with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals. -Strong Analytical Abilities: Skilled in interpreting data and using it to inform decisions. -Proficiency with CRM Tools: Experience with Salesforce or similar systems. -Excellent Communication: Both verbal and written; ability to articulate and deliver sales strategies effectively. -Enthusiastic and Proactive: A self-starter with energy, passion, and a problem-solving mindset. -Organisational Expertise: The ability to manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
