Your Role As Head of Spa and Leisure, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxurious spa and leisure facilities, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and experiences that meet the high expectations of our guests. Youll also drive membership growth, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the spa and leisure facilities consistently deliver high service standards, focusing on customer service, cleanliness, and health & safety. Lead the spa team by providing training, coaching, and daily support to achieve individual and team goals. Develop and execute marketing and business plans to drive revenue and membership growth. Manage the spas financial performance, including payroll, budgets, and cost control targets. Maintain all equipment and facilities to the highest standard and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee stock control, sales promotions, and up selling to maximise revenue. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, using interactions as opportunities for excellence. Continuously foster a team culture of positivity, innovation, and professional development. What Were Looking For Were searching for a driven, customer-focused individual ready to take ownership of our spa and leisure operations. Youll need to be as passionate about the guest experience as you are about leading a successful team. Essential Skills and Experience: A proven track record of managing spa or leisure facilities, ideally in a luxury hospitality setting. Professional Management and Health and Beauty qualifications. The ability to manage and grow the business side of spa operations, including stock control, sales, and promotions. Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams. Organised, IT-literate, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
