The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression. As a Spa & Retail Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and bespoke wellness experiences. You will guide them through spa treatments, wellness offerings, and luxury retail selections, ensuring every visit is seamless, personalized, and memorable. Your expertise and warmth will enhance their journey, making wellness a lifestyle both within and beyond The Chancery Rosewood. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in selecting spa treatments and wellness experiences tailored to their needs. Provide expert advice on luxury skincare, wellness, and lifestyle products available in the retail boutique. Manage spa bookings and ensure a smooth, well-coordinated guest journey from arrival to departure. Maintain an elegant and inviting retail space, supporting merchandising and inventory management. Engage with guests to create personalized wellness recommendations, enhancing their overall experience. About You Experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, or high-end retail. A passion for wellness, skincare, and holistic experiences. Strong guest service and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful connections. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage bookings, sales, and operational tasks efficiently. A proactive and professional approach to luxury service and presentation.
