Demi Chef de Partie Nela London (Opening 2025) New Restaurant Opening | The Whiteley, Queensway (W2) Following the success of Nela Amsterdam, were bringing our live-fire concept to London. Were now building the kitchen team and looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join us from the start. Nela means pure. We focus on open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and clean, elegant plates. Our open kitchen is the heart of the restaurant a place for teamwork, curiosity, and honest food made with care. Your Role As Demi CDP, youll support your section and work closely with the CDPs and senior chefs. Youll be hands-on with prep and service, and continue learning every day in a fast-paced, open kitchen.
