Job Description Job Description Job description Sweet Street Desserts is seeking a skilled and experienced EDI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and cloud-based data integration solutions. This role is crucial in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our EDI systems to ensure efficient and accurate data exchange with our business partners. • This is a Hybrid position Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain EDI interfaces using industry-standard formats • Implement and optimize ETL processes • Collaborate with business analysts to understand and implement EDI requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues promptly • Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and data flows • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and best practices • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Create and Maintain analytics on EDI transaction and system performance • Create and maintain integrations with ERP, BI and related reporting applications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI development and implementation • Strong knowledge of EDI X-12 standards, document types & transaction sets • Proficiency in ETL processes and tools • Solid MS SQL coding ability • Good understanding of data mapping and transformation techniques • Familiarity with EDI/ETL software and integration platforms • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with manufacturing related ERP systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cleo Clarify & VLTrader platforms Experience with cloud platforms Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., .Net, VB script) Knowledge of EDI standards and document types Familiarity with both Waterfall & Agile project development methodologies Experience in manufacturing or food related industries Familiarity with Infor Syteline 9/CSI 10 Company Description In 1979, in Reading, Pennsylvania, Sandy Solmon started baking cookies in a 2-bay garage.
