Our exclusive luxury resort is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Hiking guide to lead curated trail experiences for our distinguished guests. Responsibilities: • Lead guided hikes tailored to guests' interests and fitness levels • Ensure all hikes are conducted safely and with a warm, service-oriented approach • Collaborate with concierge and wellness staff to create holistic guest experiences • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients • Maintain pristine trail conditions and report any issues to maintenance team • Assist with trip planning, coordination, and gear preparation Job Qualifications • Polished, professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality • CPR/First Aid certified – we can provide certification if not certified. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable hiking five miles a day across on varied terrain • Must be able to carry a 10 to 15 lb. pack during hike Company Description Cal-a-Vie Health Spa is a world-renowned award-winning luxury spa resort unlike any other.
