Key Responsibilities Book all aspects of the guest journey, including cruises, shore experiences, pre/post travel arrangements, and hotels. Provide top-tier luxury service to Travel Advisors and guests via phone, video chat, email, chat, and in person. Support the Global Sales Organization by building strong relationships with Travel Advisors and guests. Become an expert in using our technology systems, such as Salesforce and Versonix Seaware, to deliver personalized guest experiences. Provide feedback on customer support processes and suggest improvements. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center within travel or luxury hospitality. Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus. Comfortable with daily IT system use; knowledge of Versonix Seaware and Salesforce is advantageous. Experience supporting guests via various communication channels. Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. Willing to work full-time on shifting schedules, including weekends, to support global markets. Visa Requirements Legal right to work in Italy.
