About the Role As a Digital Channel Specialist (DCS) at Roiback, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hotel clients. Your mission is to maximize direct channel sales by optimizing online marketing strategies, advising on digital trends, and ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, loyalty, and innovation across your accounts. Key Responsibilities Define and monitor sales and service targets for assigned clients. Continuously assess account performance and implement action plans to optimize revenue through the direct channel. Advise clients on digital marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, email marketing, SEM investment, and loyalty programs. Provide guidance on pricing and revenue management improvements for the direct channel. Implement Roiback’s value-added products and ensure clients understand their benefits. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently and accurately. Maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, performance reviews, and on-site visits. Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. What You Bring Analytical & Detail-Oriented Strong ability to interpret KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, market trends) and identify actionable insights. Deep understanding of hotel products and how to tailor strategies for maximum impact. Commercial & Proactive Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Ability to prioritize high-impact actions and adapt to changing client needs. Proactive in identifying solutions and anticipating challenges. Curious & Knowledge-Driven Passion for staying up to date with direct channel trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices. Willingness to become an expert in Roiback’s tools and services, and to guide clients in their use. Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or account management—ideally within the hospitality or travel sector. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms and hotel tech solutions is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
