Requirements: 3years of experience in the administration and support of IVR systems from Genesys (Pure Engage / CX). 2 years of experience in IVR service migration (platform upgrades, transitions, or modernization). 2 years of experience working with Databases: SQL, MySQL, Postgres Desirable: programming languages:C++, Java, VoiceXML, Python programming and managing WebServices (API REST / SOAP). Intermediate english Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage the IVR and Contact Center (CC) telephony infrastructure, ensuring constant availability, service level compliance, and proper backup procedures to maintain uninterrupted interconnection support required by the services provided to both the Bank's users and customers. Coordinate and respond to user communication requests and assigned new installations to maintain optimal and efficient communication, addressing user requirements related to communications, IVR, and telephony. Implement Capacity Planning processes for all IVR and telephony components, ensuring full compliance with service level agreements. Manage vendors and ensure SLA compliance for supported IT service What’s in for you?
