Maintenenace Supervisor

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a lodge, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, and basic carpentry and masonry. Experience with small-scale renovations and refurbishment. Gardening and landscaping experience an advantage. Ability to lead and manage a team. Valid drivers license and own transport preferred. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Personal Attributes: Hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented. Strong attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and in remote, sometimes challenging environments. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
